Expert care for the conditions that affect your daily life

I focus on a well-defined range of conditions — so you get care from someone with deep expertise, not a generalist stretched across everything.

Conditions Treated

  • ADHD — children, teens, and adults; comprehensive evaluation and ongoing treatment
  • Anxiety disorders — generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, school refusal
  • Depression & mood disorders — MDD, dysthymia, bipolar II, cyclothymia
  • Trauma & PTSD — including crime victims and complex trauma
  • Perinatal mental health — pregnancy and postpartum depression and anxiety
  • Child & adolescent psychiatry — ages 5 and up; dual-certified pediatric expertise
  • College student mental health — academic stress, adjustment, anxiety, ADHD
  • Occupational burnout — high-functioning professionals experiencing burnout and overwhelm

Outside My Scope

To keep patients safe and provide the highest level of care, I refer the following to more specialized settings:

  • Active psychosis or first-break psychosis requiring intensive support
  • Active substance use disorders requiring detox or intensive outpatient treatment
  • Eating disorders as a primary diagnosis
  • Court-ordered psychiatric evaluations or legal/forensic reports
  • Active suicidal ideation with plan or intent requiring higher level of care

What to expect to pay

I'm in-network with United Healthcare, Meritain Health, and Optum (Behavioral Health). If you have one of these plans, your visits are billed to your insurance and you're responsible for your plan's copay or coinsurance. Self-pay rates below apply to all other plans; fees are due at the time of service, and superbills are provided on request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Service Duration Price
Psychiatric Evaluation Comprehensive initial assessment — new patients only 60 min $350
ADHD Evaluation Comprehensive evaluation including psychiatric assessment, validated rating scales, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning 2–3 hrs $750–$1,000
Follow-Up Appointment (60 min) Extended follow-up with medication management and integrated psychotherapy 60 min $325

Insurance: I'm in-network with United Healthcare (UHC), Meritain Health, and Optum (Behavioral Health). If you're covered by one of these plans, you'll pay only your plan's copay or coinsurance. For all other plans I'm out-of-network; a superbill (itemized receipt) is available on request so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer.
