Most visits are just your copay

If you're covered by one of these plans, I bill your insurance directly and you're responsible only for your plan's copay or coinsurance. No plan on the list? Self-pay rates are available for everyone else.

Brief Follow-Up Brief medication check — established patients with stable treatment only 15–20 min $175
Out-of-network? Self-pay fees are due at the time of service, and I provide a superbill (itemized receipt) on request so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer.
Cancellation policy: I ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you — please reach out as soon as you can if something needs to change.
