Outside Our Scope

To ensure patient safety and provide the highest level of care, we refer the following to more specialized settings:

  • Active psychosis or first-break psychosis requiring intensive support
  • Active substance use disorders requiring detox or intensive outpatient treatment
  • Eating disorders as a primary diagnosis
  • Court-ordered psychiatric evaluations or legal/forensic reports
  • Active suicidal ideation with plan or intent requiring higher level of care

What to expect to pay

We are currently a cash-pay practice with insurance credentialing in progress. All fees are due at the time of service. Superbills provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance: We are actively credentialing with Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Once credentialed, we will begin accepting these plans. A superbill (itemized receipt) is available upon request so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer.
Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
